Alpha Engineers and Planners is the dream full filled by the young energetic optimistic dreamer K.A Shaji and was formed during 1996 to provide ever changing need of buildings in the form of residences, Shops, Hospitals, Schools, Hotels and Resorts by public and private sector customers.

A professional building drawing organization established during 2004 under Alpha Engineers and Builders, a reputed construction firm dealing Total Building Design and Construction , Renovation and Retrofitting work in Southern and Central Kerala.
We offer clear legible and easily understandable drawings for both Engineers and Work man at moderate charges. All Civil Engineering drawings and working drawings prepared giving priority to understandability to all construction personal.
This facility enables the Engineers and Builders in cutoff of their office expenses and search of drafts man’s and office management.
The plans and drawing can be e-mailed to us with details as rough sketch and receive back by mail or by post as V.P.P. This tariff for various works are available on call and are cheaper.

A professional organization set up for renovation of old prestigious building , Earth quake resistant work to major structures, Retrofitting to damaged buildings. This firm is carrying out important works since 1996.
We have a team of Technologist from Structural Engineers to workmen at various levels who are well experienced in these sort specialized / skilled works. Most of the works are risky and are programmed after detailed study and analysis of structural behavior under various load Conditions and change of stresses and torsion at joints
This includes foundation repairs and strengthening due to settlement, partial or fully, ( under pinning, insertion of load transfer area, stabilization of soil, lowering of water cable, etc. as case may be). Repairs to spallen columns, beams and slabs. including cutting and removing fully damaged one and insertion of new members totally or partially with reinforcement and concrete as case and conditions after detailed study. Introduction of new columns, new beams, slabs and walls including replacement of reinforcement totally or partially. Substitution of new columns to ant type of buildings. We repair and strengthen any part and any member of structure irrespective of position, location and soil conditions and number of stories.
